Erika Bischoff (Dipl. Oec.) is an Associate with experience in the field of career and outplacement consulting, executive search and recruitment.
Erika obtained a Degree in Economics with a focus on “Private and Public Management” and already specialized in HR at an early stage in her career. Based on a number of interesting HR projects such as establishing systematic personnel development at a leading energy corporation, she developed her career path into the consulting field, joining a leading executive search and outplacement consultancy. She successfully acquired first-hand knowhow in direct search, recruitment and outplacement, as well as career counseling, before she joined our team.
Working from Kassel (Germany) office, Erika supports our clients in matters of search and selection for specialist and management positions as well as outplacement.
Throughout her career Erika has advised clients in a wide range of industries and positions, such as manufacturers of rubber products and gaskets, companies in the transport technology segment and in the finance sector. She listens carefully to truly understand what her clients want and what drives them forward in order to develop and offer the most suitable solution.
For executive search assignments, this means advising them on the process to efficiently source and hire suitable (thus often hard-to-find) candidates. In the context of outplacement and career counseling, Erika professionally steers and supports both our client company as well as affected employees and executives; from the often hurtful separation process via determination of current positioning and strengths & weaknesses of newplacement candidates to the joint development of job application strategies and their successful implementation.

Martin Buschmann (MBA, Master Degrees in Mining Engineering and Industrial Engineering) is Associate, with McKinsey consulting background and more than 28 years experience as a leader in international manufacturing industries. In long-term management mandates, he worked in Anglo-American technology companies as well as German family-owned businesses in the manufacturing and processing industries, pharmaceuticals and renewable energies sectors. His duties have consistently focused on international business and include leadership functions in companies outside the German speaking region (Italy).
Martin is highly analytical, with a view to a pragmatic but method-oriented approach, and thus versed in sustainable process optimization, resulting in increase in sales and earnings. His consulting focus is in the following areas:

Ugur Çoruh (Turkey) is Associate with responsibilities for the Turkish market. He has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, change management, corporate strategy and consulting.
Ugur’s work in HR management was – in addition to concentrating on pure HR tasks – always aimed at optimizing processes and procedures. During his career, he held numerous executive positions in multinational companies. Ugur also has extensive experience in consulting of start-up companies.
Ugur works from the Istanbul office. In addition to the Turkish market he engages in recruitment projects in the GIS and MEA regions. The scope of services offered by Ugur and his team include Executive Search, Executive Coaching and Management Consulting.
Dr. Birgit Grote

After completing a bank education Dr. Birgit Grote (Germany) studied Business Administration and obtained a PhD in Economics. Prior to joining JR Cape, she held various positions in the Lower Saxony Ministry of Economics, Technology and Transport and in the State Chancellery. For five years she was State Secretary for Economics, Technology and Transport. She was also member or chairman of supervisory boards in the fields of aviation, energy, transport and media.

Jong Woo Kim (Korea) holds a Masters Degree and heads operations in Korea.
JW Kim served as Human Resources Manager and Director in several companies (Air France, KLA-Tencor Korea, Teradyne Korea and Photondynamics Korea). In addition, JW worked as Chief Consultant in a leading executive search firm.
His long professional experience combined with in-depth knowledge of the Korean labor market and his international background are an excellent foundation for assisting companies in sourcing and selecting key executives and specialists.

Walter Masnyk (USA / Thailand) is heading JR Cape offices in Chicago and Bangkok. Having worked in different international markets, Walter can look back on more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Additionally, through his work with well-known executive search firms, Walter has an in-depth understanding of HR consulting processes, knows “what really matters”. He has an Engineering Degree and an MBA in Industrial Management.
Walter sees his focus in Executive Search and Management Consulting, especially within the “plastics industry”.
Siegfried (Ziggy) Möglich

Siegfried “Ziggy” Möglich (USA) is Associate of JR Cape and responsible for the San Francisco / San José office. As an engineer for mechanical engineering, he worked internationally for many years as a project manager and CEO in the semiconductor industry. The associated team responsibility and his extensive experience in international project management led him to establish his own consulting practice; after obtaining his Degree in Social Psychology he has been working as consultant and coach for executives and project managers for more than 20 years. Through this work, he has also gained in-depth international experience in the selection and long-term deployment of senior executives. Many hundreds of executives and project managers have used Ziggy’s individual coaching or attended his seminars over the years.
Ziggy works internationally in Germany, USA, China, Russia, India and other countries. He lives in San Francisco / San José and in Munich. His focus lies in Executive Coaching and Training.

Susanne Ottmar (Germany) started her career in a law office, then took on assignments in more communicative and customer facing roles before joining the executive search field in 2006. She gathered first years of experience as a researcher and obtained a certificate in personal profiling. Susanne was then tasked to build up a complete research division and was appointed Head of Research.
With more than 10 years in-depth experience in direct search Susanne is a true and dedicated specialist, having learned the executive search process in every detail.
Her expertise in direct sourcing combined with other search methods and her professional approach to candidate selection guarantee professional handling of even the most difficult executive search assignments, across industries.

Maik Richter is active Associate and Managing Partner of JR Cape Group. Maik holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and coordinates the activities of the company from Japan and Germany. His professional career took him to Asia more than 15 years ago, where he held various leadership positions in Bangkok, Seoul, Singapore and Tokyo.

Dirk von Studzinski

Many years of experience as an army officer and manager in the industry, and thus team and leadership responsibilities associated with his career are the strong foundation for Dirk’s work in recruitment consulting.
With a Degree in Electrical Engineering Dirk worked as branch manager and department head of corporations and SMEs before he joined JR Cape as Associate. He has experience in domestic and international environments in industry segments of telecommunications, measurement technology, power engineering and safety technology.
Special requirements for executives in sales, R&D, project management and service are well-known to him from his own management background; Dirk’s in-depth knowledge of processes, tasks and job requirements form a solid basis for successful sourcing and selection of candidates.
